Simple Wills
Couples living in the Atlanta area, who have estates worth less than $3,000,000 are eligible for a special price on a "simple will." A "simple will" is a will without trusts or extensive lists of specific gifts. A "simple will" leaves the testator's estate to his spouse, names an executor, names a guardian and conservator for minor children and their property.
Upon payment in full of my flat, non-refundable fee, I
will talk with the clients about their estate and prepare a draft of their
wills. We will exchange e-mails and drafts of the wills until we get them
right. After we have a final draft, I will come to the location of the
clients in the Atlanta area to supervise the execution of the wills. I
am a notary public. We will need two friends or co-workers of the clients
who are willing to act as sworn witnesses during the execution of the wills.
Once executed, the original wills will be left with the clients for safekeeping.
Georgia Advance Directive for Health Care and Financial Power of Attorney
In addition to a "simple" will and simultaneously with a simple will, we will prepare the following important documents:
This is a real value. The process takes about four hours
and is worth $1,000 at $250 per hour. Every one needs a will. In the absence
of a will, the State of Georgia will determine the distribution of your
estate.
